Associate Attorney Travis E. Dorman

Travis E. Dorman is a native of Tullahoma, Tennessee, who has lived and worked in Knoxville for the past decade. A former newspaper reporter, Travis learned how to write clearly and convincingly while covering breaking news, courts, crime, and law enforcement across East Tennessee. In this role, Travis learned the importance of skilled attorneys and ultimately decided to enter the legal field himself. He enrolled at Lincoln Memorial University's Duncan School of Law and went on to graduate at the top of his class. During the summers, Travis used his writing abilities to help represent plaintiffs in complex civil litigation against county governments and large corporations.

Travis was admitted to the Tennessee bar in April 2024 and now is practicing criminal defense in East Tennessee. Travis aims to protect the rights of his clients, fight for the best possible outcome in every case, and continue to do what he has always done: hold those in power to account.
